Suzanne represents global insurers on complex insurance coverage matters, including contentious proceedings and alternative dispute resolution, throughout the United States.  Suzanne is experienced in most classes of business, including first-party; third-party and specialty coverage matters involving accidental contamination; advertising liability; all-risk; automobile recall; aviation; builders’ risk; business interruption; commercial general liability; construction defects; contingency; cyber and data breaches; directors’ and officers’ liability; employment practices liability; environmental; excess and surplus lines; extra-contractual exposure; financial institutions; intellectual property; kidnap and ransom; non-profit organizations; political risk; professional liability; product contamination; product liability; product recall; property; punitive damages; reinsurance; reputational risk; and toxic torts.

Suzanne seconded for eight months at the then-largest syndicate at Lloyd’s of London.  She had comprehensive exposure to the syndicate’s London and associated U.S. business, and routinely advised underwriters on policy wordings, creative underwriting solutions and U.S. coverage law.

Suzanne is a frequent author, speaker and panelist, including at the annual meetings of the ABA’s Insurance Coverage Litigation Section, the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS) and the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance (CLM).

Suzanne was identified as a Rising Star in Insurance Coverage by Super Lawyers while eligible (2013, 2014 and 2015).
