John S. Lindemann
John has represented U.S., Bermuda, and London insurers in the litigation, arbitration, and settlement of complex high-severity claims for more than twenty-five years. John and his team have supported UK counsel in multiple London arbitrations and anti-suit injunctions.

- Liability for natural gas explosions resulting in large-scale injury and damage
- Katrina-related oil spill property damage and bodily injury
- Deepwater Horizon oil spill liability
- Grain bin explosion liability
- Flood-induced oil spill liability
- Long-tail environmental liabilities arising from legacy multi-national hard rock mining operations
- Environmental clean-up liability resulting from soil and groundwater contamination
